Neue Getränkefabrik mit eigener Marke mit Produktion und Abfüllung in der Slowakei 

Neue Flaschenabfüllfabrik für die Herstellung von nicht alkoholischen Getränken mit eigener Marke.

Neu und eben errichtet auf der grünen Wiese mit neuester moderner Abfülltechnologie. Excelent geographische Position in der slowakischen Republik – errichtet in der Mitte zwischen Wien, Bratislava und Budapest.

Straße, Schiene und Flusstransport ist vorhanden.

Eigene Quelle mit high quality Wasser, zertifiziert, Kapazität 6 Liter pro Sekunde. Die Produktionskapazität ist 5.000 Flaschen pro Stunde oder bis 2.4MM Flaschen pro Monat.

Baubeginn war 2003, Fertigstellung 2004.

Herstellungstests 2005, das Management übernahm die Firma im März 2006.

Ab März 2006 fanden noch wesentliche Veränderungen statt, im Bereich Produktionstechnologie, erstellten einer neuen Marke, un die Bildung eines Verkaufsteams.

2006 stabilisierten wir die Situation mit den Kreditgebern durch eigene Investition von Mio. 25. SKK und fingen an, unsere Produkte herzustellen und zu vermarkten.

Currently we sell 0,5L Pet big mouth and 1,5L Pet big mouth which is new trend in customers demand – is more similar as drinking from regular glass comparing traditional 28mm PCO mouth/

Manufacturing and warehousing is done in new modern fully pressurized and air conditioned production hall with an area of 1.659 m2. Total factory area is 4.114 m2, includes administrative area and is connected to all available utility networks.

Whole line is automated and requires 9 people to operate it.

Our company has all required approvals and is certified with HACCP quality standart certificate.

We own 3 registered trademarks – written and graphical

Whole manufacturing starts with filling mixing tanks with water and ingredients. Afterwards product is homogenized by nano mix to fixing tanks. From fixing tanks, products are filled into bottles; shrink sleeve is applied, shrinked in steam tunnel and packaged in summary packaging. From it products are placed onto pallet, signed and wrapped by shrink foil ready for expedition.
